My mother bought a saree from saribhandar.com but the product received is completely different from what was ordered. We send them mails and even messages on WhatsApp as there was no customer care number. But there was no response from their side. They however replied to my WhatsApp message thinking I was there to place an order. But when I told them about the complaint they replied “sorry for the problem” and when I asked about the mails they told me that they will check it and inform me but after that there was no response. I send them many mails and messages but there was no response at all. So I moved to the consumer forum and lodged a complaint. The consumer helpline send them a mail and we gave them 10-15 days time but there was no response even after the consumer helpline contacted them. They even changed their WhatsApp contact number. We gave them a final warning and still there was no response. Consumer helpline told me that I will have to move it legally as they are not responding to any mails or calls or messages.
