I ordered 2 medical scrub from Meesho which costs 665/- each, total 1330/- rupees.
It came via DTDC courier service and both the orders came in one packaging which was even torn during delivery. When I open the package there was 2 totally different items , one was a saree and another was a lahenga skirt.
I created a return by uploading the images received product.
Meesho approved the product but the delivery boy came from shadowfax courior service and he rejected it by saying product mismatched.
I then called meesho customer care they again created some non qc return but the delivery guy from shadowfax came again and as usual rejected the pick up.
Now today I noticed that meesho also blocked my account.
Please take necessary actions agains this kind of fraud. Order numbers are 303824910474_1
