I have received wrong product from GREATDEALZ online application. The order no is (#GDL26346) and product was supposed to be Kalvin Clein undergarments qty-5. But instead, I received Ramaraj undergarments qty-3 on 25 Nov 23 which is wrong and substandard product sent by (GREATDEALZ).
I called Ekart delivery executive (8046983311) who took COD Rs 999/- and he denied any liability and asked me to talk with application customer care.
So, I immediately called greatdealz customer care on (70001813332) and their executive said that his senior will call shortly for refund process. After 15 mins, his senior called (6290114112) and said refund can only be initiated my online mode and asked to share online account details. I insisted to arrange pickup of wrong product and refund on cash basis, but he said refunds can be done only via online mode. I thought okay let me provide my GPAY number to get this done and then he sent some link which my phone security did not allow to open. After this he asked to download some screen sharing app from Play store and I felt something is wrong, why does he need to take control of my phone screen and so I inquired why my order #GDL15346 is not reflecting at your website to which he replied there are some technical issues ongoing and again asked to provide my phone screen sharing credentials – I said my phone security does not allow to install this app- he hung up immediately.
I think this was a cyber fraud case and hence I decided not to call back to stop any further fraud trials.
Kindly share this incident on various platforms online so that others are not cheated by GREATDEALZ. Also, I would appreciate if somehow my refund could be processed.
