I have ordered a set of Cargo pant (image attached) on 31st July and on 4th August 2024 sunday I received the product, when I opened it I found a totally different cheap quality pants. they have given the below email address and the contact no for refund/replace.

I already wrote an email on the above email id but it is fraud one as the helpline no is invalid.
I am seeking your assistance in ensuring that my rights as a consumer are upheld and that company – Fashion Life Store is held accountable for their negligence. I am confident that the Consumer Court will take swift action to resolve this matter.
