I have ordered Puma shoes from amazon for rupees 2950/- and when I receive the product, the color of the product is different and when I raise a return request, a picker comes and take it but I did not receive my refund so when I call to customer care, they say that the product you have returned to us I wrong and they hold my refund, when I ask them to give my product back or send me the photos of the product, they deny to give me or help me, I request to consumer court please help me. My order id is- 405-7700642-1825103.
