Text of Complaint by Surender:

I Have Ordered A Belt from Tata Cliq and I received a different brand used belt. Damaged box with scratches. And Colour fade. And I had tried to return this so firstly they tell me to return with wrong item and then their delivery agent denied and then I have applied return again with customer service call and then they said wait for 2 days to update status, then after two days return initiated but this time delivery agent didn’t came 4 days and then he cancels the return. Then I have called customer care and raised a complain against it. But they only initiate return but this time also the pickup boy firstly take the product with him at evening he call and denied to accept it. Then I again call tata cliq customer care and raised complain they again said to wait 2 days. Then after 2 days they said The return window closed we cannot do anything. Then I have mailed them. They are not giving me any response.
