This is a very major issue from flipkart’s end which i am about to state.
I had ordered uspa shoes from flipkart in off white colour but i received the product in grey colour..I placed a replacement request at first but after no resolution i asked them to refund the money and take the product back but still no resolution is provided to me. I have been placing the request since 9th march..but still no fruitful response. Either the seller or flipkart is committing a fraud by delivering the wrong product and not providing a resolution at all..I need a resolution as early as possible or else i will be bound to take some legal action against flipkart as well as the seller.
