Placed an order via ajio with order id FN4079407572 on 15th march. I received the wrong product which is completely different and cheap from what I have ordered. Hence, called and contacted customer service and requested for return and refund.
After verification they cancelled the return by stating they sent me the right product.
I have sent the images of the product received still they are not giving me refund
