I had ordered from amazoon application a product named as Adidas Men’s Ultimashow Running Shoe. Size 9. Price 4999rs. OnOn 09 dec 2021. And when I had received parcel. The shoes was of asian company and immediately I had made complain for return. So when return pick boy came and when I explain the matter he told to contact in customer care and after I call in customer care they refused to change or return and told we had inspected the product and after sended I also told I am regular buying product from amazoon as this complain is geniune then also they told we cannot change or return. So now I was helpless so requested you to help and sought out the matter
