I have ordered black coffee navy blue solid trouser with Order ID # 1181101 05012226591103 but received grey color same brand trouser. I tried multiple times to either replace or refund against the order but didn’t get promising reply from the seller. I felt cheated by the seller as I don’t get the ordered product and the seller is also not agreed to give me the requested refund or replacement. The amount might not be big but the kind of irresponsible behaviour by the seller is warry point here. I am seeking your support to protect my rights and get this issue resolved as well as don’t encourage seller to make similar kind of mistake again with anybody else.
