Dear Sirs, I hereby wish to place on records of my complaint that by believing the offer which I happened to see in the Facebook, I placed an order for wireless, bluetooth ear phones for Rs. 1599/-.
As I go for work I had given my neighbour’s shop address and requested to receive the parcel on behalf of me. One big mistake which my neibhour did was paying the eKart person before opening the parcel. Now I am left with a cheap and useless headphones and I am unable to get his address and contact number of GADGET 24 BY 7/E-WIDGET STORE, 110 085.
Kindly do take necessary action against him and arrange to get me the refund Rs. 1599/-.
