I ordered first order of banarasi silk saree from snapdeal whose order number was 50139373327, order date was 22/09/23, price was Rs 1049, delivered on 30/09/23 but it was not delivered as I ordered, only It is yellow in colour, but there is no design, wrong product was given to meHad placed first order from snapdeal, this was very wrong done to me, I spoke to customer care and complained about it whose reference number was 86455424, but within 24 hours resolution came from snapdeal that neither return nor refund will be given, snapdeal They have cheated me a lot and cheated me of Rs 1049I have filed a complaint against Snapdeal in the National Consumer Grievance, whose grievance number is 4984968, and I am highlighting it against Snapdeal in the consumer district court and social media, Aditya Kumar
