Text of Complaint by Pragya Sen:

I recently ordered Garmin Lily Smart Watch from Flipkart worth Rs 25990. But instead of the product that I ordered, I received a totally different model of the same brand ,the MRP of which is Rs 19,990.
Since the item is non returnable, but replaceable, I tried to replace the item twice , but to no avail. The request was rejected both the times despite following all the instructions from Flipkart regarding the replacement procedure.
I’ve been trying to contact the Seller but no response from there as well.

I iterate that please either replace the product with the one I ordered, or refund the full amount that I’ve paid for the watch.(after picking up the product).
Since it has been almost 40days since I’ve been trying, I expect a solution to the problem.
