Text of Complaint by Amrit Bongsha:

I have ordered a pair of cargos from Savvy Stop on 24th April 2024, which amounts to Rs. 899/- via Cash on Delivery method. I received my order on 3rd April 2024. I received wrong jeans of used and very bad quality instead of the cargos which I ordered. There is no option of cancel order & the phone number which they provided for query does not exist at all. And also there is no response from their e-mail address provided in the website. They have a 15 day exchange policy written on their website but there is no option of cancel or return.
Please look into the matter and help us regarding do fraud to inocent people.
