I am writing to report a significant issue with the order I received on [16-05-2026]. I ordered four shirts, but instead, I received two cheap quality, used t-shirts. This is highly unsatisfactory and not what I expected. I mailed them multiple times, but no response and even tried to contact via website but no response.
Since the order was incorrect, I request an immediate cancellation of the order and a full refund to be processed through my original payment method, which was UPI.
