I have ordered TRENDY SPOON BONDED CLASSIC ORGANIZER STORAGE BOXES ( BUY 6 GET 6 FREE )from hotdeels.shop.The amount was paid COD, however the item is entirely different and very poor quality to what was ordered and what has been delivered. There is only 6 boxes instead of 12. I have mailed to the company 2-3 times,there is no response from there side. The item was shipped from hotdeels1.I have not received the ordered product and wish refund of the amount against order ID 25324AEC00007166 packaging date 25 May 2022 delivered to me on 28 May 2022.
