I ordered 9 layer shoe rack which has transparent doors in two sides. But tbey sent me small 3 layer one sided rack. This completely fraud and misleading public to nog believe any online ads. in Instagram I checked ad and ordered. That portal is not available right now even I tried to complaint or return the product. I received a message “Ekart Update : Imported Shoe Rack with tracking ID STLC8000169721 from SHIFTO 1 kG, will be delivered today before 9pm (call 07948220798, PIN 109). On 7th Jan 24.”
