I would like to inform you that I was purchase I phone 12 Blue 64gb under order ID OD223009861757930000 on dated 03.10.2021 from Flipkart. And wrong product was delivered to me by Courier partner on dated 21.10.2021.so i received the different brand product Realme Narzo 50A, I arise a return request for the same with first return request No. 12102316503864012583
2nd return request no. 12202321083402400353
3rd return request no. 12102322126383443756
After Wait of the same flipkart reject my return request all time and said seller rejected my request while i uploaded all the documents and picture of delivered phone with invoice image and product but not yet I’m getting the product return,
I arise a fresh request again and again but always I’m getting the same response from the site of flipkart , and also i called customer service executives but anyone is not able to provide me the solution and not helping me on my concern ,flipkart also dlivered me the product after given time and i waited long for this and also got the wrong product delivery.
So please suggest me what to do because i purchased this phone on emi with bajaj finance and my emi due date is 2nd nov 2021 and I’m helpless
I requested to you please return this product and process for refund otherwise i have to approach consumer forum and then I’ll take the legal action on flipkart because i purchased this product to believe and trust on flipkart but i got the loss on this mistake of flipkart.
I’m attaching all the images of product and my identity proof.and I’m also having the unboxing video of product so if we not get help from your side then I’ll approach to the consumer forum with all the proof.
Kindly return this product and process for refund as soon as possible.
