Text of Complaint by Amit Kumar:

a) I ordered a DJI MAVIC MINI DRONE and instead of that I received 2 glass bowls. I have made the unboxing video of the same and as soon as I received the wrong product, I called to Amazon customer service team and they asked me for the photos and the videos of the product received by me. So, I sent them the required photos and videos and after that they told me to wait for 4-5 days and in between they will investigate about the matter will and get back to me soon.
b) After 3 days of complaint, they didn’t call me so I called them again and what they said to me was very bad for me as I came to be in shock after hearing. They said to me that, they have done all the investigation and no refund will be given as you have received the product which I am saying with unboxing video proof that I haven’t. They have done all the investigation and didn’t bothered to call or mail me about that. I, myself called them and then I got this answer from them.
c) After that, I took this matter to Twitter and there I got the reply from @Amazonhelp about Re-investigation of the matter. After so many mails and follow-up, I again received the same reply from amazon social media complaint handling team that “you have received your product and we’ll not do any refund”. I don’t know if any investigation was done on their part or not but I haven’t received my ordered product i.e., DJI MAVIC MINI DRONE.
