Text of Complaint by Arun Kishor Johar:

I ordered Crucial MX500 1TB SATA 2.5-inch 7mm Internal SSD (CT1000MX500SSD1) on 6th July 2020 and Received VX500 1TB SATA 2.5-inch Internal SSD on 14th July2020 from my official amazon account [email protected].

I immidately informed seller and amazon regarding the issue on 14th July 2020 on amazon coustomer care. on 15th July i received a message from the seller in term of apology letter for wrong product delivery.

Then i called again amazon coustomer care regarding the issue they said wait for 20th July 2020 our team is investigationg the issue your issue will be resolved on 20th July 2020.

Today on 20th July i called again to amazon coustomer care they said their investigation get completed and according to them they delivered right product which is not true.

The product is essential for my research and i want full claim @ the cost of my time and money.
