On 12th Nov’24, I received an exchange order with order number (408-0795836-1812326) for a pair of Metro Sandals. I was dismayed to discover that the sandals sent to me were completely different from the ones I had ordered. This discrepancy is not only an inconvenience but also a clear violation of the trust I place in Amazon as a reliable online shopping platform.
I immediately contacted your customer care team to seek a resolution to this issue. To my surprise and disappointment, the representative said it will take four days to investigate the case. today 17th Nov again I reached the customer support team and they refused to initiate a refund process for the incorrect sandal. This response is not only unjust but goes against the fundamental principles of customer service.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through your customer care support, I have not received any satisfactory response. I have called your customer service number several times, sent emails, and even tried reaching out through the Amazon app, but all my efforts have been in vain. The lack of response and support is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
