Text of Complaint by Tania Chakraborty:

I ordered a white jacket. And I got the wrong product. So I applied it for return. But when the courier service guy came he said that the photo required for product return is not there. The updated picture here shows the correct product. I can’t take So I will cancel that old return and i thought to apply again for return. But after the return cancellation, the old update is not showing….
When I talk to customer service about this they said that they will fix it in 3..4 days. But this same problem happened before. They did not take the return. I lost a lot of money.
