I had ordered a Xiaomi NE lite on 31st July 2022 Order ID – OD125611315455647000 from Flipkart and received a completely wrong product whose picture was immediately sent to your their team and I was assured that it will be picked up and refund will be issued. For last 2 weeks I have been following up and there has been no response. Lastly I was told that the WRONG ORDER WHICH WAS DELIVERED AND WHICH IS STILL KEPT INTACT will be picked up by them latest by 14th of August 2022.
I have received no pick ups and now they tell me that the return window closed on 9TH August 2022.
1. No one called or came to collect the wrong handset sent from your /their end when it was complained immediately that the phone received was a wrong model.
2. There has been no communication from their end and after umpteen number of times of calling their customer services and talking to them, getting FALSE information and reassurance, they asked me to contact Xiaomi Customer care service.
3. Attached with this email are pictures from the day I received the product which is on 2nd August 2022 and I had placed the order on 31st July 2022. You can clearly check the bill and the phone next to it which is a different model all together.

KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AT YOUR EARLIEST AND PROVIDE A SOLUTION IMMEDIATELY.
PLEASE PICK UP THE WRONG ORDER AND ISSUE AN IMMEDIATE REFUND.
