Text of Complaint by Mohamed Riddhak:

I placed an order on monkeybag.in for one tote bag and one wallet. However, upon receiving the courier, I found that only one item was delivered, and that item is a pouch which I did not order.

The tote bag and wallet are completely missing. Additionally, the courier package size is very small and clearly cannot fit a tote bag, which indicates a mistake or possible fraudulent shipping.

I have attached all the necessary proofs including order confirmation, payment details, images of the received product, and courier package.

I tried contacting the seller via email and other available methods, but there has been no proper response or resolution from their side.

This is a clear case of wrong product delivery, deficiency in service, and unfair trade practice.
