I have received a wrong product which I will not even buy for 10rs. I have already raised a complain under docket no 1483953. Where I was asked to return the Saree through courier. I have returned the saree and also it is delivered to the address on 27 August at 9.00 PM. Which had again costed to Rs.110. They have not contacted me till now. When I try to call them they have never attended my call. I tried calling them atleast 100 times. Finally when they attend the call they are telling that when they receive the courier they will call me. (NOTE the courier is delivered on 27 August) But they have not called me till now. I have the call recorded and unable to attach this to. I am attaching the screenshot confirming the courier is delivered. When I called them now there’s are telling that they will do it tomorrow and if I call tomorrow they are again telling tomorrow. This is happening for weeks after weeks. When I say them I will complain in police station, their response is OK go. Their whatsapp num – 9510632647 And 9510974874
