i ordered Apple iphone 11 on 13 Feb which was delivered on 19th feb.
when i opened the box found washing soap in box instead of iphone.
i raised complaint in amazon customer care to refund or to delivered the correct product they denied for refund.
kindly help to us to deliver correct product or initiate refund, else we will raise complaint in consumer forum.
