Hi,

On 16th Nov I ordered 2 Fastrack watches with the intention of gifting it as a wedding present to my frnds. One was correctly delivered within 2 days. But the female watch was delayed and the delivery date was changed thrice.. by which time the wedding for which the order was initially placed already took place.. finally after several complaints, I received a delivery on the morning of 29th Nov in an E-kart package. On opening the package we were shocked as instead of receiving a Fastrack watch, we were delivered a watch with a Facebook brand tagging all over it.. within an hour of receiving the product we raised the issue with customer services team but they have been completely unhelpful. It has been over 2 days now and the product has still not been collected. In fact the return request was twice rejected by Flipkart.. they even asked us to submit an ID proof which in the form of PAN card we did.. yet there has been no update from them.. all we have been receiving is false assurances that they r looking into it..

Meanwhile every time we raise a return request, they reject it.. request u to please look into this as this is some serious issue that we faced and can happen to lot of people..
