I Ordered Realme 6 Pro (Lightning Blue, 64 GB) mobile on 21 may 2020 product is deliverd on 27 may 2020. Realme 6 (Comet white, 64 GB) is in the delivered box. Oreder ID OD118689809593917000

MRP of Realme 6 Pro is 17999/- & MRP of Realme 6 is 13999/- I placed return request on 27 may 2020. No respose from them till now. Their customer support team saying wait for some time we will resolve your issue from last 5 days . On 31 may they mark my complain as resolved without refund or replacing my product.
