One sony bluetooth speaker with earphones was orderd on 16/05/2020, but not received yet. Full payment of Rs.999/-was made through Pay U gateway who has confirmed the payment as successful. Mobylstore also confirmed the order and informed that “you will receive a mail when order will be ready to despatch.” No mail is received till date (01/06/2020). Material is also not received. Help mail id is not responding. I am feeling cheated.
