I have order cloths from meesho application on 26th march, 2023. My order numbers are 608476590044_1 (Kanssai middi dress purpal) & 370287362209_1 (Dot long dress for girls and women) . They courier me the order no. 608476590044_1 (Kanssai middi dress purpal) on 30th March, 2023, they couried *RED* colored dress and I order different color (Purple), I have requested for return but they are not picking up the courier there courier boy rejecting the courier, For this product I have contact Meesho customer care several times but they are saying that the product is mismatched that why they cant able to collect, but the why I am returning the product is only that I got wrong product from there end and my order is applicable as per their ALL RETURN CATEGORY/POLICY because they have couried the wrong color and in meesho application they closed the return. And on my second order no. 370287362209_1 (Dot long dress for girls and women) which delivered me on 5th April, 2023 they delivered me the wrong product and they are cancelling my return request and they are not responding anything on this also.
I want to return both the product and I want my Refund back.
