I HAVE PURCHASED A NOISE COMBO PRODUCT WHICH IS ON SALE ON FACEBOOK ON COD BY EKART, WHEN THE PRODUCT DELIVERED TO ME I WAS VERY EXCITED TO OPEN IT, BUT WHEN I DID I GOT THE FALSE PRODUCT WATCH FROM THE SELLER AND ITS WITH WITHOUT BILL AND GST DETAILS, WEBSITE SHOWN IN FACEBOOK IS WWW.GETBIGOFFERS.IN WHERE AS THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER MENTIONED IN THE WEBSITE BELONGS TO VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE.
BY YESTERDAY EKART IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN THAT PRODUCT NOW THE NUMBER WHICH I GOT IN MY MESSAGE BOX IS NOT CONNECTING.
I HAVE PAID 2000/- INR IN CASH, WHILE WHEN I SEARCHED EKART TRACKING NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE IT DOSNT SHOW ME, SELLER DETAILS IS ONLY SHOWING ME TRENDZ NOTHING ELSE NO ADDRESS, NO CONTACT DETAILS NOTHING.
