I have ordered a stonewashed Jeans shirt and paid the amount Rs.290.00. One delivery man came to my residence when i was not there he left without delivery item when i called him he told me a OTP has gone please share and he promised he will deliver the item but the item is delivered and in Meesho”s app it is showing the item is deliver 3days before the delivery date. I have tried to contact him with th man and every time he is promised to deliver the item the next day. Finally whern i write mail to the company they tring me to convince 7 days are over after delivery so no complain i can lodge against him. I have sent them the screenshot of their logistic partner shadow fax that their item is not delivered but no reply came from them
