Text of Complaint by Sarah Hill:

I had 2 different products to be exchanged, one from meesho and the other myntra. A pick up agent from meesho picked up a different product and took it for exchange. The original product is still lying here with me which is of no use. I called customer service and they refused to do a thing about it. Spent 2 hours on hold, requesting to talk to one of their seniors but all the customer agents could say is that they are busy and they would anyhow tell me the same thing they’re telling me now which is, THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
My 879rs product from Myntra is now with the meesho seller and I cannot return it to Myntra and get an exchange from there or my money back.
The pick up agent did not call me or even check or verify the product before accepting it and blindly took it from the security guard and returned it to the seller.
Meesho is completely unhelpful and unwilling to get the wrongfully picked up product back or provide any sort of compensation or comfort.
I was eventually unable to connect to any of their seniors as the line was always busy. I doubt they even have any seniors as no matter how long I waited, the customer agent kept repeating that the seniors are busy on other calls.
Highly unethical on their part. Shopping on meesho has been a huge disappointment and a complete waste of time.
Please do not shop on this site as their priorities lie with themselves and their profit, not with the customers and their concerns.
