I had made a wrong payment through internet banking to Jio against my Transaction No. BR0002FPMRY8 dated 21st March 2019 for Rs. 594.
As I don’t use Jio mobile hand set, jio is denying my refund and claiming that they dont have such option. By answering like this, how much money they must have looted? Why the system is not blocking before making the payment as they can find out whether it is Android mobile or Jio mobile when we call them.
