Hi,
We have booked four tickets from upsrtc on 26-jan-2019 however we did not travel as bus did not arrived at noida depot due to some techincal issue.
So, as conveyed to us by bus incharge we have opt for another bus and we paid for that also.
Refer the attached screenshots of that.
We raised a complain to UPSRTC many times but no positive response received. We did not travel in upsrtc bus even we paid another amount to travel from noida to agra to another bus.
