I ordered a lehanga from babelooks but got an old torn poor fabric quality saree. I tried to ask for refund and file my complaint but then the lockdown started and the site wasn’t correctly responding. Months after it started working but i was unable to file my complaint.babelooks is definitely fraud atleast if they are not able to deliver right product they should refund the money in time
