I recently ordered from Zomato and my ordered consisted of two items out of which one food item i received was right but other one was wrong ,my order consist of veg biryani and a thali as per description (dal bhati) but i received tandoori roti and sabzi instead. I coordinated with Zomato customer executive through chat they look into the matter and then they promised me a coupon for compensation as mistake was from their end. The coupon promised by Zomato was never initiated to me . They scammed me, it’s so wrong that restaurants are advertising for another food items and delivering something else to the customer and they are getting away with it so easy i am and customer are facing loss at last.
