Swiggy Delivered incorrect order from creamstone. I ordered Death by chocolate icecream and they delivered a strawberry icecream. When I raised a complaint with them, they said they will give feedback to the restaurant instead of attempting to correctly deliver a order replacement and issuing a refund. They finally agreed to issue a refund but only to their wallet and not to my original payment method.
Sadly, their policies don’t cover anything about refund on prepaid orders when wrong items are delivered. – https://www.swiggy.com/refund-policy
