Am Videsh Kumar purchased ” mini wireless Bluetooth speaker” worth Rs. 299/- additional shipping charges Rs. 1/- from paytm app vide order no. 5079472882 on dated 2 May 2018 and the said product deliverd by pioneer International, New Delhi.
When the open my order I was shocked. The product is totally different which one described in order time. I raise a request for the replace my order.
The return order for replacement picked by courier service of the paytm co. And new order raised on dt. 7 may 2018 and the replacement of my order received on Dated 15 may 2018.
I was shocked again this time same product has been delivered and also this is useable product. This is cheating with consumer. Want to take action against paytm and seller who delivered the product.
