Text of Complaint by Jacky Sajnani:

I ordered Aerial front load washing detergent thru Zomato groceries and was sent wrong item Aerial top load detergent I contacted them thru help.chat they said sending replacement which never came contacted them again and they said they are out of stock and will refund me my amount of 967/- in 3-5 working days and when I asked about wrong item they said to keep that as a apology and now they have blocked my account and not responding to my refund requests and I haven’t still received my refund amount of 967/-
