Text of Complaint by Pallavi Singh:

I had ordered a veg tandoori roll from Tandoor Shandoor restaurant in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, via Zomato.  They have sent a chicken tandoori roll.
we are a strictly vegetarian family since generations, and we ate it before realising that it was non-veg. The restaurant refuses to take responsibility and says it’s zomato’s fault for listing the item with a green dot on their menu.
zomato refuses to take responsibility for it altogether.
