i have ordered Armani exchange jacket worth Rs 33599/- on 17 dec,2023. it was a prepaid order .On 23 dec i received a local used windsheater and a kids pyjama in that package. i informed the customer care immediately but no return and refund was initiated, THE RETURN THEY FILE IS FOR SIMILAR PRODUCT WHICH THEY DONT PICK.i called them 4-5 times regarding the issue but dey said they have delivered a right product so they cannot help. Plz help me get my refund
