Paytm is one of the biggest fraudulent company and made my experience was worst they have used a wrong kyc on my account I have been chasing Paytm call support team and I did not get any satisfaction answer from them I had so many conversation with their supervisor and senior managers. Their names are Tabish, Chandan, Deepak, Karvinder and Babu lal the senior manager as he told me.
Now what was my concern let me tell you. I am using paytm from so many years and 6 months ago I came to know that my profile is linked with a different name and adhaar number. Immediately I contacted paytm and let them know about my situation and request them to update my adhaar card. From last 6 months nobody helped me and yesterday a person name Babu Lal the senior manager told me that somebody has updated the adhaar number from my PAYTM account through my phone. Now my question is that on my registered phone number my adhaar card is linked than how it could be possible that someone can use my number to other adhaar number?
Also, my phone number is originally owned by me from 2006. I was the first person who is holding this number 9887096766
I will file a case against you people for doing this fraudulent activity.
