I had a business account on amazon for reselling the items . Amazon sellers sent wrong item from the display on website when i scheduled the pick the guy picked up the item , but when i checked for refund it was not issued also i was not informed for any discrepancy . When
i called to customer care that fellow simply said that it did not reach to them so we will not issue the refund . I was cheated a huge amount .
