I have ordered for a boneless chicken biryani. They gave me regular mini mutton biryani. When complained, they provided me false & misguiding information which I got to know when I visited the restaurant. Zomato didn’t even contact the restaurant regarding the order but stated that they did provide me the correct order. They neither compensated me nor did they provide a feasible alternative.
