Dear Sir
1. I had ordered garmin instinct watch with order no 4028772480-0067510 dt 16 Aug 21. On 21 Aug 21 I received the package which consisted of boat rockers earphone instead of the watch. I immediately contacted amazon customer care and filed the complaint.
2. Now today when I contacted for resolution they informed me that complaint is closed and as per them they have delivered a correct item.
3. But I have nt received the correct item.
My Rs 22999 are at stake.The customer care is not being able to offer correct resolution.I am suffering for no fault of mine. I am undergoing tremendous mental torture because of this incident.
4. I always had high regards for amazon but this episode had shattered my belief.
5. I had spoken to Ms Sita,leadership head, and she us not been able to tell me the grievance redressal channel.
6. You are requested to take personal interest in this and help me with resolution and prevent your customers from frauds like this.It is your moral obligation to bale me out of this situation and deliver me the correct item .
7. I am enclosing the pic of received package.Request for a favourable reply.
