I have ordered an Samsung galaxy watch 3 . Rs.11999/- , after receiving the package, when I unbox I found a different brand watch from Colorfit, Then I was registered a complain. After 1 days They approved for return of the product. And schedule pickup for the product on 17th January 2023. When the delivery boy came to pick up the product he was denied, and said that we can’t pick up the product as its is a wrong iteam and also high amount. From that day onwards i was getting multiple pickup dates for product pickup, but every time I get the same answer that we can’t pick up the product. My pickup was rejected 7 times. When I was complained about the issue in Amazon customer service, they are providing different pickup dates , but no one came for pickup my product. I told them, that my EMI will start from 1st February 2023 , so kindly Issue advance refund, but they are saying that refund will be issue after product pickup. But delivery boy denying to pick up. Please help me , process advance refund to me. Please I request
