i requested for return from libas website and delivery guy picked up wrong item by mistake. As i self shipped later the correct item and got refund for same I want the wrong item asap which is with libas already. They are denying to give back as its not under their policy. As they promised earlier that its an exceptional case and they will return the wrong product back after recieving right one but now they are denying to return wrong product. I am ready to go personally their warehouse personally to get my product but they are not allowing me.
