Text of Complaint by Mohit Mangal:

As my wife placed order on website on styleaholic or vamikatex.in for suite but they delivered wrong and dirty product. It was cash on delivery and we requested to delivery boy to open it in-front of him and us then he said that you need to pay and open later , I am delivery boy and don’t have rights to open it.
We paid and then open the product and called back to delivery boy to have look that it it wrong and dirty product. He refused to take return and left the society.
Logistic company is Smartr logistic and we emailed and requested them to stop the payment to seller but they are also not supporting and denying to share the detail of seller.
Also said we received product from shypbuddy logistic so you need to google and talk them.
Over all no support.
Product price is 1175rs
