I ordered a shoe rack worth ₹999 with 5 years warranty on 14 September 2024 , after some days in their ekart tracking details it clearly showing that my order has been rejected, if my order has rejected then why did they delivered the wrong product, I am not able to understand the policy of both the seller shoppers Zone and delivery agency Ekart logistics , I only want my refund
